Spaces to Meet and Work

Meet informally at one of our branches or rent a room for a larger meeting. 

King City, Nobleton and Schomberg branches each have a meeting room available for rent for a nominal fee.  Room capacity is fifty people.  Each room has free WiFi and is equipped with a large screen TV and some audio-visual equipment at no extra charge. 
Screens and projectors are also available to rent, both for internal and external use.

Meeting Room Rental:

Community Client Rate: $25.00/4hr minimum, $5.00/hr thereafter

Commercial Client Rate:$60.00/4hr minimum, $10.00/hr thereafter
$60.00/first date
Subsequent Dates—$48.00/booking

After hours: Staffing charges will apply for Community and Commercial rentals.
